Description

Centerpoint energy has excavated our sidewalk to make repairs and has replaced the concrete with asphalt at the location shown in the picture as well as another spot across the street. My understanding is that they are required to return the area to the way they found it. Per the building code, the homeowner will eventually be responsible to make repairs if the company is able to get away with this shoddy repair.
