Yesterday I saw a caricature of a man of color carrying a handgun and wearing a diaper along with prejudiced misinformation about 'thugs' producing 'ghettos' on a sticker affixed to a post at this intersection. It deeply saddened me to see this horrid thing on my walk yesterday, I have PTSD from the neo-nazi murder of Johanna Justin-Jinich in Middletown back in 2009 and was on my way to therapy. I consider such hate is detrimental to my health and well-being and to the health and well-being of all other citizens affected by some form of trauma due to hate. Therefore please make a priority and remove promptly. I believe this is on city property.
