Kids and parents from neighboring block constantly coming around and causing problem with house across the street, police just say to keep reporting it but nothing ever happens. My neighbor doesn't know what to do or who to speak with. Vandalism, domestic violence, loitering, littering, noisy, My neighbor and I are planning on moving because we can't deal with it anymore and it's sad that we have to uproot our families because the city doesn't resolve this issue!
