Description
Old appliance (washer/dryer) abandoned out back along with piles of other junk and trash left behind from various tenants. Property is a rental and it's obvious to the residents of our community that the owner has no tegard for our quality of life. Lawn is overgrown - again! Would also like to request that - before the owner is granted a permit to make any additional repairs to the property - he be required to remove - Sec. 166-53. - several large punk trees -undesirable species at the side of his property that are causing health issues for surrounding residents.
