Over the last couple of years several neighbors have commented about the overwhelmingly strong odor of marijuana eminating from multi family house at 479/481 Lighthouse Rd. The pungent odor can be smelled daily and year round - from early morning to late evening. The same strong marijuana odor can also be picked up on from multi family house across the street on corner of Bristol Place and Lighthouse Rd. Both houses are rental properties.

Some neighbors (permanent residents) have also speculated about the possibility of drug dealing activity from these two houses. Multiple vehicles stopping by daily for short periods of time. Subjects in question come outside briefly then go back inside.

Yes marijuana is nearly legal and yes it has recently become more socially acceptable but residents (children included) should not be forced to smell high grade marijuana burning from these two houses all day long.

There used to be regular and frequent police patrols in the area but lately patrols are almost nonexistent.

Why is there no longer police presence in Morris Cove?
