A. Arrives on Lancaster street at 3:30am on thursdays to collect garbage. Noise disturbed neighborhood is in direct violation of city ordinance. The noise occurs when the multiple garbage bins are wheeled to the truck and then auto hoisted into truck. The garbage pickup occurs behind the Apartments on Lancaster Street.
