Description

According to the person registering this complaint, the tenants who live at 81 VAN WAGENAN AVE. always smoke and throw their cigarette butts and litter on the sidewalk and he says they refuse to clean it up. He said, he tried to speak to them about the situation, but they refused to do anything to clean up in front of the property.
