This tree has scraped the side of my car TWICE now...it is in a very dangerous and busy intersection. It has been laying gin the road for quite some time now. City of Richmond, it is time to clean up this tree!

This tree is causing traffic issues and should be removed.

I reported this on October 1st and they acknowledged in on October 3, but then closed it without doing anything! I reopened it but see it is closed again. My husbands new Tahoe was scratched when a car drifted into the turn lane (probably while texting!!!) while he was passing it. This has got to be fixed soon!!!! Too many damaged cars are being reported or talked about.

I have both cars damaged by this downed tree. The state law says that possible hazards from trees or other growth be 2 feet from edge of roadway.

Not sure why this was closed - the issue has not been resolved.

My truck's side view mirror hit a branch from this downed tree. I am asking that the city remove the tree as is it over the road and is a hazard, especially at night. A lawsuit waiting to happen.

I was almost hit by someone swerving out of that lane to avoid the tree. It is very dangerous!

I mentioned this tree to the Va Power crew that was working on the tree that was down across Evansway after Matthew blew thru. They weren't a local crew though. Isn't the tree still touching some sort of utility lines? It has been dangling since the big storm back in the summer before the hurricane!

These downed trees & limbs are indeed a hazard!! Drivers cannot safely allow enough room to pass the debris without encroaching into the next lane of traffic, which is typically backed up at the traffic light. This creates even more traffic back up and has also resulted in my car being scratched. The fallen tree IS IN THE LANE OF TRAFFIC!! There is no good excuse as to why this debris has not been cleaned up considering the danger, length of time it has been a problem, and the damage it has caused to vehicles.

I feel sorry for the cars passing by this tree limb in the dark! Please move the dangerous branch at least! I am also concerned it will cause a major accident!

My car has also be scratched when I tried to be fully in the right lane, now I have to be cognizant of being more towards the middle lane as I enter this right turn lane.
