Description

When trying to turn left onto Telegraph from 40th (headed east on 40th) the lights went through several rounds and the left turn signal never changed from a red arrow. I eventually gave up waiting and switched to the other land to go straight and do a u-turn further down. This is the second time I have encountered this problem at this intersection - both times on Tuesday nights at ~7pm (those are the only days I go through this spot)
