According to this anonymous complaint, they are having major renovations done in the basement at 162 BOWERS ST. The complaint says, they do all the work from the rear of the property on weekdays so no one can see what's going on. The also said, they do lots of the work on the weekends, when the know inspectors aren't usually working.
