Description

The light that allows the drivers on Chapanoke to drive through or make a turn on Wilmington has been shortened. Seems after the lights were restored after power loss, the timing was "off". There is barely enough time for 3 or 4 cars to go through the light at each cycle. This is causing a massive backup on Chapanoke and folks have to sit through the light cycle 2 or 3 times to get through.
