Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. abandoned burgandy volvo sedan. TX plates BZ9-F707 Window smashed but not broken. Tires flat. Too dirty to see inside. Hasn't moved in 3 months. Though not illegally parked (except the "abandoned" part) it causes a bottleneck when 2 or more cars are in motion...especially on trash pick up days. Thank you so much for dealing with this!
