Oh, the lady saw. I am the one who confronted this homeowner, who regularly blows leaves into the street. In fact, I posted here a year ago to complain and was told I needed to document the act. So, you can see that I did go to the property, I took a photo of the leaves all blown nicely into the street and then I thought to ask him if he was aware that he is supposed to bag them.

He said no. "No, you are not aware?" He just said no. I said, "Now, you are aware, yes?" Again, he said no, as in "I ain't about to do that." So I took his photo to further document and went to leave. He threatened to call the police. He watched me walk down the sidewalk, saying he would see where I lived.

When I got back to my front-row perch onto Bishop Street I saw that he was raking the leaves and putting them in a plastic garbage can.

So, apparently, he IS aware that he cannot just blow the leaves (as they fall) into the street and into his neighbors' yards for THEM to clean up.

Enjoy your 4-car garage, sir! And thank you for cleaning up the leaves!

Put them all in brown bags and at the curb on "trash nite" . Hire a kid , poor gent who can really use a few dollars..It can be frustrating when there might not even be a tree in a yard but a nice pile of leaves..But I see trees in yard but none in front
