Description

There is house extension work being done on the house at the corner of Bethune Circle and Bryant Blvd in Morrow, GA 30260. Between last night and this morning (Oct6, 2016) a pile of building waste material was seen discarded on Bethune Circle just outside the fence boundary of that residence, the front gate of which is on Bryant Blvd. Today a red pick-up truck was seen parked at the home loaded with the same type of building waste material, obviously for discarding. One can only conclude that the waste on the road outside their Bethune Circle fence boundary could possibly have come from that location.
