cars in driveways blocking sidewalks. when walking with three kids we always have to walk around cars blocking sidewalks at corner houses where driveways are two small to fit cars. can a flyer be sent to every address in ap with other mail like water bills and taxes addressing this issue and stating illegal. car needs to be parked in street or horizontally in driveway. i have seen officers drive by houses while walk and not do anything as i know they can be ticketed. major issue around schools in morning and afternoon. but everywhere in ap. thanks
