This is a Chelsea Housing Authority property. Submitting to the City's SeeClickFix cannot help. Contact Chelsea Housing Authority Maintenance Department at (617) 884-5775.
I spoke to dir of chelsea housing before i posted to clickfix and he said it wasn't a housing problem and he would try to find out who to call, but never got back to me so i posted to clickfix, so everyone is passing the buck !! :(
Fazio,
The City Manager confirmed with the Chelsea Housing Authority Executive Director that the trees ARE on CHA property, so I hope you'll see a resolution soon. It is important to remember, however, that Chelsea Housing is not part of the government of the City of Chelsea, but instead part of the State of MA. So it is a bit like the City Manager asking the Dept. of Transportation or another state entity to fix something.
