Description

All parking meters in this area are incorrectly set for charging. When using a credit card to pay for 2 hours of parking, the charge is $4.75. The rate per hour is $2.30. Parking for the max of 2 hours should be a $4.60 charge not $4.75. All meters in this are are setup to overcharge.
