Description

The issue is is it legal to have chickens roaming around the streets of City of New Haven cars are stopping abruptly because the chickens are walking around the streets and there's droppings from the chickens also on the sidewalks as you see they are out of their fenced in areas from that house nice little tunnel house @ .120 Adeline street
