Description

There is preschool now at 3 tour avenue, as a result, we need a protected left turn at the signal on Whalley Avenue, turning onto Tour Ave. Likewise, when leaving the preschool, I have encountered multiple close-calls from people turning left onto Whalley from W Rock Ave as I'm turning right onto Whalley Avenue from Tour Avenue.
