Rob, about the last part of your comment - the turn signal on Whitaker Mill Road is a flashing yellow arrow which just means that you are allowed to turn when traffic isn't coming from Fairview (safer than a green ball since people aren't looking at times before turning left there)

I agree Rob that the northbound Glenwood timing seems to have changed - there have been increased backups during the 5-6 PM hour (that I've noticed) since the new signal mast arms were installed.
