Yes, would it be possible to change it to another time of the day? Even just few hours later to 8 am or later.

Could you elaborate on how the issue has been addressed? What the consensus was? Would the dumpster trucks come at later hours? Would the dumpster casters be moved? This is a serious issue for me and I would like to know how it will be different now. Thanks.
