Why hasn't code enforcement issued any previous violations in the past? I have lived in the
center square neighborhood for over 20 years and the garbage has always been left in that area. This is without question a violation of city law. Code enforcement needs to follow through and issue the fine.
The Mayor and Code enforcement must take a look at their insepection process and identify why such obvious violations are not been identified and why fines are not being issued.
I understand the city could hold the owners for the Knickerbocker apartments responsible for a $1000 fine .

Doesn't make sense for a bldg w/ 70 units to have 12 bins. recycling should be inside the bldg in the basement.
Right now it's neat as a pin over there. Totally agree a fine is way overdue!
