Description
A referendum was passed about three years ago about paving streets in the South Farms section of Middletown. The north section of Ridge Road and the section of Russell St east of Hunting Hill Ave are in deplorable condition. My understanding from an email inquiry over a year ago to Public Works stated that these streets would be paved after utility work is complete. It appears that work is complete and had been for a long time. What is the status on the paving?
