Any updates to this? Nobody from Verizon has come to look at the pole. I cannot comment on the original issue as it has been marked closed despite no apparent attempts to resolve this.

This pole is a utility pole, not an electrical pole. Verizon had been contacted, but we have no jurisdiction as to when they schedule their work orders.
I did put in another call to Verizon, but with that being done, there is nothing else I can do as far as their scheduling their work.
I will keep you posted once I hear from them.
