Description

Morning and evening rush hours, these traffic lights are causing unnecessary delays on Canal Road, adding at least 5 minutes to the daily commute. Two issues: (a) they are frequently red when there is no pedestrian or vehicle waiting to cross, and (b) They stay red for much too long after the pedestrian or vehicle has already made the crossing. Someone needs to check the timing of them. Thank you.
