This trashcan right out in front of Allen's Automotive(701 Hillsborough St.) on the SW corner of Hillsborough and Boylan is still smashed and laying in the shrubbery. Can't miss it if you walk along the sidewalk.

Why was this item closed? I just walked past the trashcan, and the issue hasn't been resolved. I probably need to schedule a meeting with whoever is in charge so that they can get city employees to actually do their jobs.
