Cover has holes that are exposed causing terrible smell to overtake intersection on a frequent basis

Hearing back from the Sewer dept. this complaint will be transferred to Right of Way. These are not City Sewer covers, they belong to MCES. The major interceptor that takes sewage flow from Minneapolis and Saint Paul is where the smell is coming from.
