NOISE COMPLAINT: this bar is in a residential neighborhood. We have spoken to the owner and appealed to him but he does not care. The bar is VERY loud late at night into the the early hours of the morning, on almost every night it is open. It also has people walking around on the street being loud and disruptive to this quiet neighborhood. No one can sleep including our children.

I used to call the police every night.

Someone got in a fight and broke one of my windows.
during th June JC Fridays event in May of this year 10 pm came and went and the noise from the bar was riduclous (after 10 we have a noise variance). So around 12 I complained bc every time someone opened the front door you would feel like your in the bar and my apartment is in the back of my building.
Continue to call the non urgent line. The owner gets in trouble. If fights start it is on the owner bc they are his patrons.
I will talk to the president of RNA and see if they can set up a meeting with the owner (but the rumor is he is selling the bar). Let me know if you are interested and I can post my email address.
