by the way, could not pull up previous issue so that it could be reopened so had to make start over again.....originally, think was just answered and closed to get rid of issue without really addressing it........

In the words of Paul Newman in the movie "Cool Hand Luke,"....."What we've got here is failure to communicate." This is not the first time that "neighbor" has had to go back on ClickFix and request an update because it looks like the city has dropped the ball. It would be so much simpler if who ever is replying from Public Works gave an estimated time and if there is a problem and/or delay came on and up-dated the comment. It would make the City look so much better and give ClickFix so much more credibility. Thank you.

Thank you for notifying the City about your concern. According to City records this area was last swept on 8/25/2016. Citywide sweeping is performed by following a rotating schedule as a proactive practice to prevent materials from entering into the stormwater system. The schedule is followed to ensure that the entire City is swept. The Fairlawn Park area is scheduled to be swept again this week.
