Over paid and out of state contractors working for PG&E earlier this year, left behind lots of materials. Some of which were the red/orange street cones. The neighbor at the noted address has used the these street cones to reserve parking in front of her house. The parking spaces in front of her home accommodates two cars, easily. However even when this neighbor is parked in this street space, they still put the cones in front of their parked car, thus blocking the remaining space from others.
