See #1600621447 8/3/16 - inadvertently reported as Gen Env. For past several MONTHS trash/recycle bins have remained on public sidewalk 24/7, presenting safety issue for pedestrians, including Miner School students. Bins belong to residents of 539/541 Tenn Ave NE
