Hello, I submitted an issue on SeeClickFix in February 2016, which became CSR # 20020999561. Please could you give me an update on what work was completed to try to address this non-functioning storm drain? Are there any plans to do additional work, as the issue has not been resolved and the drain still backs up and takes a long time to drain. Thanks John
