The dead end of Westgate Road ought not be used by the dealership there to store his cars for sale.

Q. Please provide vehicle make, model and color. If the vehicle does not have a license plate please let us know that as well.
A. Any number of dealership vehicles parked on the stub of old Westgate road. Seems like this amounts to an unregistered car parked on city street overnight.
