I reported this brush pile on 9/28 as of today 10/10 the brush pile is still in front of our house. Could I please have an update? Do i need to re-submit the request? thank you,

this brush pile is still in front of our house 29 days after my first request on 9/28. I called the city of Richmond DPW and the person said "we are severely backed up" and I can not give you any estimate on a pick up date.......
