Description
Home builder (tri state) has placed a sea container on the street, in front of a fire hydrant. Not only is there a safety issue relating to vehicle's visibility while traversing past a 12 ft high container, but they placed it DIRECTLY IN FRONT of a city fire hydrant. Oh yeah, they placed gas canisters beside it, in the open, in the side walk....
