Description

In a residential zone (Westlawn Subdivision at 2113 Sycamore St. Sw., 35805) industrial and commercial tree service trucks (one with a boom or claw) are parked off-street in the front yard of an apparent mixed use single family residence in violation of Huntsville City Ordinances. The violation is a public nuisance substantially and unreasonably interfering with community safety, welfare and noise restrictions.
