This grey dodge mini van has been parked for months now on the street and trash building up beside it. Why does it take so long to have parking enforcement to come and tag the van? This vehicle had been abandon and nothing is being done city of Oakland! Maybe we can get property tax break for city taking so long to handle the issue.
