Large tree limbs and branches are almost in the middle of the street at Union St. and Carlisle Ave. This is the 4th request. I am an on time tax paying citizen and I expect more from the City of Richmond. Also, at 1101 Mt. Erin Drive and Union St. a large sink hole has not been repaired. Does it take for someone to get killed for you all to move. I will contact Sam Peterson on both issues. Sheila Ashby
