Description
Recently the city repaired a sink hole at the storm drain on the corner of Sir Barton and Coventry. Now there is a sink hole in the dirt area abutting the concrete slab newly poured at this location. It extends under the slab toward the storm drain opening. It's certainly a trip hazard needing repair, but I would also like to know if there is a more concerning problem with the integrity of the foundation in and around that area. Are we sitting on what may be a potentially dangerous area for a larger sink hole? The neighbors yard behind me is sinking, as well.

I would like to add that the entire gutter system that runs off of that storm drain, between Sir Barton and Susquehanna, dips up and down. It wasn't like that when I first moved here.
Additionally, there are two sink holes in the side yard adjacent to that gutter system which appeared since that storm drain repair. The neighbor, who's yard is also running along that gutter, has new sink holes, as well.
We are becoming concerned there is a much larger underlying problem which needs to be addressed before real damage occurs.
