That area is on the side of the Aqua Skin Care & Day Spa, that faces Alice St between 12th St & 13th St. There is a homeless encampment in the back of the building that borders PCI Parking Co. Parking Lot at 13th St & Alice St.

Lots of trash, furniture and graffiti in that area!
