Description

This weekend this scrap yard has taken to begin operations on or about 6:30 a.m. The noise of metal processing woke me up and is a great disturbance to the neighborhood. Are there no ordinances about hours of operation? This neighborhood needs help to combat the continual problems that occur with this scrap yard.
