Description

My partner and I saw a young man stealing a front bicycle wheel from a bike locked to a parking meter outside of 37 Trumbull St at around 1 PM on Saturday afternoon. The young man was wearing a navy blue t-shirt and dark shorts, looked to be 15 or 16, and was African American. I shouted from across the street for him to stop, at which time he picked up the wheel and biked away, west on Trumbull St.
