Description

Our trash was last picked up on September 8. PWE keeps saying they will pick it up but it is still tgere. Please pick up our trash. The bins are now full. Despite multiple requests the trash has not been collected from the black bins that have been sitting at our curb. 16 days without trash pick up is outrageous.
