Description

Not sure what has changed on 23rd street from Washington Circle to Memorial Bridge, but it has become a complete nightmare getting out of town each evening. I suspect that the lights are mistimed or that people on Consitution are blocking the box, but I'm not sure. Thanks for investigating.
