I am also a neighbor of this area and have repeatedly attempted to contact the tenants of this property to ask them if I could somehow help and now I have lodged a complaint with Animal Control. These people do not care about anyone in the neighborhood and despite disturbing the entire neighborhood with their unattended, distressed dogs barking every single evening and knowing how much it disturbs my family, they still continue to do this and now their trucks are back too. Help is desperately needed, and we are being consistently dismissed and ignored by the people who are supposed to be helping us - yourself, the Police Department who refuse to help every single Saturday night at 12.30am as it's an Animal Control matter and Animal Control who tell us it's a police matter. Right now - as I type this - their dogs have been left in the yard barking. 7.30pm on a Friday night and I can guarantee this will go on until at least midnight if not later.
