Description
Accessory structure is not maintained in good repair or sound structural condition, is not in a sanitary or safe condition. (Section 7-421 and Section 7-316 of City Ordinances). Any dwelling, dwelling unit or accessory structure which is so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, unsanitary, vermin-infested or unsafe that it creates a hazard to the health or safety of the occupants or the public... shall be declared an unsafe building. Section 7-353 of the city ordinance.
