Description

Not sure who to send this to. Our builder had some parkways trees replaced per their agreement with the village; however, they took a healthy, flourishing one and replaced it with a dead one and have not filled the hole in completely (hoping they still plan to do that at some point). Our other parkway tree was the less than healthy one that should have been replaced. I do not want to be paying for a new tree when they failed to put in a living/healthy one. Is there anything we can do?
