Description

Very uneven dangerous sidewalk on Hampton Ave. next to Mills field playground. People using Mills Field diamond park right up on the berm/ sidewalk right next to the playground fence. Playground gate closure broken. Kids exiting playground directly into or between cars parked on sidewalk/berm. Sidewalk itself is unsafe to walk on
