The outdoor light repair you recently reported is still in the process of being repaired. Additional work is required that will extend beyond our normal 5 day repair time. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the repair to be worked; we will update you once the repair has been completed. A NEW Work Order Number has been assigned for this, shown in the subject line of this message. Please retain this for your records.
This issue has been closed. If the problem persists, please re-open this issue and give us more detailed information on how to identify the location of the problem - then we will get right on it. Thanks a lot for reporting!
