Description

The road has been repaved 2 times in the past 3 years do to Water Main brakes and other issues. Lights always blinked yellow on 9 and 20 and blinked red on side streets from Midnight to 0600 so port traffic could roll thru with out wasting gas and polluting the environment idling and pointless stop lights. Please change them back the way they were. The one or two people on the side streets doesn't justify stopping the big trailers from the port.
